Current Status: Kaltura engineering restored normal performance as of August 18th 11:27 PM UTC for the majority of accounts (using HTTPS sites) and as of August 19th 4:32 AM UTC (for HTTP sites). Engineering has completed monitoring of the environment. What to expect next: This incident is now closed and an RCA will be available within 7 days. Please contact Customer Care to receive RCA. Current status: We’ve identified that a recent networking update may have caused user traffic coming from the internet to fail intermittently before reaching Microsoft 365 services. We’ve reverted this update and are seeing some initial signs of mitigation. We’re continuing to validate the cause of the problem while we monitor the environment for service recovery.
