Current Status: Kaltura engineering restored normal performance as of August 18th 11:27 PM UTC for the majority of accounts (using HTTPS sites) and as of August 19th 4:32 AM UTC (for HTTP sites). Engineering has completed monitoring of the environment. What to expect next: This incident is now closed and an RCA will be available within 7 days. Please contact Customer Care to receive RCA.
